Your Role 

· Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties. 

· Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with best practices. 

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists. 

· Build and manage a caseload through strong community and referral partnerships. 

· Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with NDIS and professional guidelines. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

· SPA Registered Speech Pathologist (or eligibility for registration). 

· A proactive and motivated clinician with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with referral sources and clients. 

· Experience in paediatrics, disability, or community settings is highly desirable —but not essential for new graduates

· Passion for delivering evidence-based care and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients. 

· NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
