This group program includes structured, play-based sessions designed to support children in developing fundamental movement skills in a fun and engaging environment. The program consists of four different group sessions, each targeting a key aspect of gross motor development: Core, Coordination, Strength, and Balance.
Children participate in age-appropriate games, obstacle courses, and targeted exercises that promote postural control, muscular strength, balance, and coordinated movement. The program is designed for children to promote and encourage confidence, participation, and social interaction while building essential physical skills for daily life, play, and community activities.
